Some of these started as a sketchpad on the team bus. Others took a semester. All of them were excuses to make the next game day a little better.
- Suit redesign 2023
Bearcat 2.0
Co-designed a lightweight foam suit with a built-in cooling vest and reinforced paws. Cut average mid-game core temperature by an estimated 4°F.

- Choreography 2019
The Bearcat Boogie
Choreographed and trademarked Baruch's signature halftime dance. Now performed at every home basketball game and the Welcome Week kick-off.
- Hardware 2022
Bearcat Cam
Installed a POV camera in the suit head to capture courtside highlight reels. Footage is now used in the athletics social campaign and recruitment videos.
- Operations 2020
Spirit Sign Library
Cataloged a reusable inventory of 40+ themed posters for the student section. Cuts pre-game prep time and lets new student leaders run the section without a learning curve.

Paw Print Scavenger Hunt
Designed the Welcome Week selfie campaign — paw prints hidden across all three campus buildings, redeemable for branded gear. 1,800+ participants in 2024 alone.
